The Soft Gum Guard is made of a soft silicone material and does not need pre-molding in hot water. Suited for little people's mouths.
The Hard Gum Guard is made of a softer inner layer for molding to the teeth and a hard outer layer designed to protect the teeth. Suitable for grades 3-7. Instructions on how to mold the gum guard are included in the box.
