1. Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Laddsworth Uniform Shop website (the "Site"), operated by Laddsworth Primary School or its authorised agent in South Africa. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, in compliance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA) and the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA).

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site to browse and purchase school uniforms. You agree not to misuse the Site, including posting unlawful content or interfering with its operation. Intellectual property on the Site (images, text, logos) belongs to Laddsworth Uniform Shop and may not be reproduced without permission.

3. Orders and Payments

Orders constitute an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs upon confirmation email and payment processing. Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR), inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is secure via Paystack  gateway. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders.

4. Delivery and Risk

Delivery is either collection in-store or delivery to your child's classroom. Risk passes to you upon delivery. Estimated times are provided; delays may occur. 

5. Returns and Refunds

In line with CPA Section 56, unused items may be returned within 10 business days for refund or exchange, excluding customised uniforms. Faulty items qualify for repair, replacement, or refund. 

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Laddsworth Uniform Shop is not liable for indirect losses or damages arising from Site use or product purchases. Total liability is limited to the purchase price.
