1. General

This Returns Policy forms part of our Terms of Use and complies with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) in South Africa.

2. Cooling-Off Period

For online purchases, you may return unused, unwashed items in original packaging with tags attached within 10 business days of collection or delivery, for a full refund or exchange (CPA Section 56). Customised or personalised uniforms (e.g., embroidered name items) are excluded.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

Defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items may be returned within a reasonable period (up to 6 months under CPA implied warranty). We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion. Proof of purchase required.

4. Return Process

Contact us via the website or email to request a return authorisation. Return items to the school uniform shop during opening hours (for in-store collection orders) 

5. Refunds

Refunds processed to original payment method within 14 days of approved return receipt. Original delivery/collection fees are non-refundable.

6. Exclusions

No returns on worn, washed, altered, or sale items unless faulty.
